It looks like there are two book parts in the .ly files — one titled "SPARTITO LINEARE" and one titled "SPARTITO CIRCOLARE". Both Frescobaldi and CLI Lilypond output two PDFs for me, and since the first one is the linear version, it looks like that's what's ending up in the Frescobaldi display.
