I've never seen this before, and I think that your Guile installation
is somehow broken (not necessarily by you) – perhaps two different
versions are mixed up, or maybe there are remnants of files that
should have been removed during an update.

Please contact the person who is responsible for packaging LilyPond
and/or Guile on Arch.
