I believe that when downloading using Safari, it can mark it to not be usable
without some additional security changes.
Perhaps downloading with Firefox will work. I use a Terminal command like wget,
but it comes from MacPorts.
An alternative is to use LilyPond in MacPorts or some other package manager.
