Sometimes they’re called “suboctave clefs” (cf. <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clef#Octave_clefs>). In Lilypond, you can create any clef modifier by using ^ or _, e.g. \clef “bass_8" or \clef “treble^11”. Hope that helps! Kieren.
