I don't want to overwhelm readers, but for a development release I guess some technical detail would be fine? What we definitely want to link (not sure why I didn't put it so far) is a link to https://gitlab.com/lilypond/lilypond/-/releases/v2.25.25 where users can directly download the binaries.
