Hello, Point and click is enabled by default, you can disable it. https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.24/Documentation/usage/configuring-the-system-for-point-and-click#enabling-point-and-click In Frescobaldi if you compile with menu LilyPond→Engrave (publish) the PDF will be produced with point and click turned off.
