Thanks, I suspected that might be the case. For my current need I will
just work around it. It's not worth putting a lot of effort into it for
this particular use case.
I'm a fan of lilypond but every once in a while does get little cranky
in some cases. Well... maybe not cranky - just a little mystifying when
it does something I didn't expect. Usually I can find an answer in the
docs or from someone on this group or I just work around it for my needs.
