My bad, they are in the "Other accidentals" section https://w3c.github.io/smufl/latest/tables/other-accidentals.html with the names "accidentalQuarterTone{Sharp,Flat}4". Not sure how I missed them. I didn't find any info in the GitHub issues or commit history about why these were included; I suspect it's "because they were in Unicode"… And for the record, Werner forwarded the question to the Unicode mailing list, thanks! https://corp.unicode.org/pipermail/unicode/2024-July/010976.html
