A couple of points:
* Is there a reason you are writing " \time 3/4 \set
Staff.timeSignatureFraction = 9/8" and then scaling by 2/3 rather than just
writing "\time 9/8"?
* Why are you writing "\time 3/4 \set Staff.timeSignatureFraction = 3/4"
instead of just "\time 3/4"?
* "\scaleDuractions 1/1 {}" is doing nothing and can be removed.
