Put

```
break = {}
pageBreak = {}
```

in the `-dinclude-settings` file?

In fact, I realized it's already possible.

You can put

```
#(set! toplevel-music-functions (cons unfoldRepeats toplevel-music-functions))
```

in `-dinclude-settings`.
