Stretch bar width to fit

Hi list,

Is there a simple way to stretch the bar width of short scores to full page 
width?

Example:

   \relative c' {
     c2( b' a c f, d b' b, c a' g d e c') \bar "|."
   }
   \layout {
     \context {
       \Score
       \hide TimeSignature
       \time 14/2
     }
   }
}
