You’re right, and probably I should help with the translation. (I tried, some years ago, and gave up; AFAIR didn’t even get the workflow running...)
If you're on Linux (I used to have Mint, now I'm on Ubuntu 22.10), it shouldn't be too hard to get the infrastructure running. Of course it's complex, but there's a lot of people around who would be willing to help.
