I just upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04 and had Frescobaldi problems. Looking at your log it looks like qpageview is the culprit - it was with me too.You can install a working version by 1) pip install qpageview
Unfortunately this did not fix it for me. I uninstalled the Flatpak, installed Frescobaldi with apt and qpageview with pip but it did not help here.
