The fonts are part of the ec-fonts-mftraced package. They should be installed automatically along with lilypond.
I must also note that your TEXMF variable is not correct. Please rerun setup.exe and reinstall lilypond. Make sure that tetex (bin and tiny) and ec-fonts-mftraced packages are selected.
