First install can take up to 15-30 minutes. You can check in Task
Manager if there are running processes. (That has a CPU utilization > 10 %)

When installing, it stops and indicates "No Package" when it gets to
"/etc/postinstall/post_texmf.sh"
If I try to run the test, I get:
