I would like to make a onetime donation toward the development of Lilypond.
I have searched the archives of this list, and over and over again, it has been stated that there is no clear way to do this. At https://www.gnu.org/software/, Lilypond is listed as a "current GNU package", but can one donate money to GNU/Free Software Foundation with the money being earmarked specifically for Lilypond development ? A few places, it is suggested that since David Kastrup <d...@gnu.org> is currently the only full time developer of Lilypond (is this still true?) and since he has asked for denotations in the past, that sending a donation directly to Mr. Kastrup is one way to go. Is that what people are doing? Thank you for your help.
