Using \justify as

may be on the right track, but this results in (for all cases):

```
test.ly <http://test.ly>:7:17: error: not a markup
     \justify {
                #'header:instruction }
```

Hopefully I’m missing something simple.

\justify { \fromproperty #'header:instruction } ?
