...but that only puts the horizontal line on the first staff of music, not
on subsequent staves. Is it possible to put it at the beginning of each
staff no matter where the \breaks are?
My rather crude way of making the verse lyrics stand out is simply to
alternate the fonts used in each lyric verse between bold and not bold.
