Browsing in the ubuntu packages on: https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=focal&arch=any&searchon=contents&keywords=lilyglyphs.sty I don't find it either in 'focal', but I do find it in 'eoan'. https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=eoan&arch=any&searchon=contents&keywords=lilyglyphs.sty There I read it should be in the texlive-music package. Reading the description of 'texlive-music' in synaptic on my current system (20.04 or focal) lilyglyphs.sty is not mentioned either.
