1. I find, if you break the file down into really small include-able files,
there aren’t actually that many levels of importance in any single file.
2. I use the number of % to indicate importance:
%%%%% INCLUDES
…
%%%%% NOTES
…
%%%% VOCALS
…
%%%% INSTRUMENTS
…
%%% WIND
…
%%% BRASS
…
%%% STRINGS
…
etc.
