I thought there would be a way to set a "recurring payment" in PayPal. But it looks like that is only available from the "billing" end of things in PayPal Business, which has features for invoicing the user's customers. If I'm reading it right, that means a recurring payment would have to be set up on David Kastrup's end, and he'd be paying the PayPal fees.
