I must be missing something in the naming scheme. I've tried every variant,
such as "Garamond Premier Pro Disp", "Garamond Premier Pro Display",
"Garamond Premier Pro-Display", "Garamond Premier Pro-Disp",
"GaramondPremrProDisp" etc... still nothing. :(
