like Malte already pointed out, you can use the header field piece. If
your intention is something else, I guess you are looking for \noPageBreak:
\score {
{a b c' d'}
\layout {}
\header { piece = "Etude" }
}
\markup "Etude"
\noPageBreak
{a b c' d'}
