Nothing contrary would be known.  LilyPond, being a command line
application, should be pretty robust against Windows updates.  I'd even
expect GUI programs to continue working, just not necessarily best
integrated into updated desktop environments.  Most problematic should
be stuff with driver involvement and/or significantly changing
components like DirectX.
