This may/may not be relevant. The problem may be down to the way the temporary files are handled. I have seen it a few times. To be honest I cannot remember how I resolved it. There seems to be some link to the temporary file that using fresco can be cleared by closing all the files and Fresco and starting again. Windows and Windows 10 can be a bit mysterious in the way it handles files and their links.
