tuplet name lilypond
triplet \times x/3 musicexpr
quadruplet \times x/4 musicexpr
pentuplet \times x/5 musicexpr
sextuplet \times x/6 musicexpr
septuptlet \times x/7 musicexpr
where x is the number of notes being replaced and musicexpr is the music
expression is about as explicit as you can get since x and musicexpr
depend on the particular situation.
