Ok, this is stupid but I've been procrastinating on my own talk handins
for so long that I have overlooked that the deadline for booths is the
same.

If we want to show up on the Chemnitzer Linuxtage with a booth (and due
to my own talks, assuming that some of them will get accepted, I'll not
be a lot of help here), we need to make a proposal till January 8th.

Cough cough. Check it out, think about it. Apart from what I may pitch
in myself, we'd need at least two others to man a booth. I am arriving
myself on Friday evening with the "Linuxbus" which starts in Düsseldorf
and is pretty affordable (other planned stops I think in Essen,
Dortmund, and Geseke). Also the bus does shuttling from the "Europark"
area so when booking a bus, booking accommodation there as well makes
sense.

Check out
<https://chemnitzer.linux-tage.de/2018/en/programm/anmeldung/live>
for the Cfp.

And for the bus <https://freedom-tours.de/category/clt2018>

This is one conference that has been very worthwhile and is quite well
organized.
