You are right those files are in C:\users not C:\windows. That just shows how confused I have been getting trying to sort things out. The need to use admin privilege is still true. This isn't a Lilypond issue but if you have any other useful advice it would be gratefully received off list if appropriate. Regards Peter Regards Peter
