2. What would be considered "best practice" when dealing with hymns where the refrain is first, such as in "Lift High the Cross?" The hymnal “Evangelical Lutheran Worship” uses Refrain \bar “|.” Verses \bar ”.” which seems clear to me. Regards, Mogens
