Hi Robert, as with any code for another LilyPond version, you should run convert-ly first. Within Frescobaldi this is very easy: Tools > Update using convert-ly… In the case of the errors you posted, it adds some \with statements. After the conversion it compiles just fine under 2.19.50 and I am confident that the same will happen for 2.19.65.
