Hi all, Looking at the manual, I don't see a pizz. and arco command. Is this handeled by markup?
Also how do I specify midi options beside an initial instrument name? I would like to add a patch change for pizz/arco as well as adding tempo changes in the score. I realize that lilypond isn't a midiprogram and the midi is just for auditioning my score, but it would be nice to be able to do this in either case.
