Searching the mailing list, I find the following:

The corresponding property for notes with beams
is called 'beamed-lengths'.

An example:
\override Stem #'beamed-lengths = #'(2.6 2.6 3.2)

These are the beams lenghts for 8th, 16th, ... notes.
