Hello list,
The documentation pertaining to headers has been a bit confusing to me, so I'm taking my questions here:
With a multimovement piece, how do I get a large roman numeral centered between movements indicating which movement is beginning?
Similarly, how do I get a header indicating which instrument a part is for on each page?
And lastly, if I have a footnote, how do I do that? Should I be using lilypond-book?
