I recall being instructed to try the packaged Lily, as it came with a built-in gs binary. Doing that, I no longer had this error. Peter: when you get that error message, can you try going into the containing directory in a console, and running the *exact command that fails* (the one in the parentheses after "warning:") and see if it works? Or if you get different output?
