I succeeded JUST ADDING "\!" after the rest, so

es1 \> \breathe | % 21
R1*2 | % 23
d2 \! e4 \< fis4 | % 24 

has become 

es1 \> \breathe | % 21
R1*2\! | % 23
d2 \! e4 \< fis4 | % 24 

That has worked also for some Crescendo I didn't noticed when I posted my
question, but that acted in the same way, passing over the rests.
