I am a new LilyPond user entering my first song. I have copied the file
below. By reading the Learning Manual, I have learned how to do
everything I need to do EXCEPT: I would like to increase the space
between the staves so that the music is fairly evenly spread vertically
across the one page, instead of tightly spaced across the top 2/3 of the
page (as it is now). Can anyone please help?
