You should be able to produce a pdf containing either a subset or a full copy of the font you want to use in lilypond. A great number of tools allows to extract font objects from pdfs (ghostscript, mutool, fontforge, ...). Lilypond should be able to use the extracted fonts. Be aware of the fact that all this might be illegal in your country . cu, Knut
