I find it so hard to believe that there are people who use a fantasic and
powerful typesetter like LilyPond to create beautiful scores, and then
still want to use minute and second signs instead of typographical quotes.

You might as well use CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER GHE WITH UPTURN (U+491) instead
of quarter rest, or THAI PAIYONNOI (U+E2F) instead of aight rest.
