Hi Pierre, You beat me to it. :-) I would agree with the shape of this solution. Having searched the LSR for something similar, don’t you think it would make a good candidate for the LSR in fact? These types of brackets are very useful in general.
To the OP, I am sorry this is such a complex technical solution. Hopefully all you have to do is include it in your code and call it. The thing to know is that lilypond is highly extensible with code and can be made to do almost anything you can imagine, well, within reason, so please don’t be put off! Andrew
