The problem is not having a voice change staff – that’s easy – but having cross-voice ties. In other words, musically you need one voice for the grace note group, and another voice for the sustained notes in the lower staff. Ideally you’d be able to have ties go from one voice to another, which isn’t possible. But perhaps you could use invisible notes in the lower voice (which may even be in parallel to the quaver G) as starting points for the ties?
