When I searched for Lilypond transponieren (transpose) I was not at all clear that this could be done on an entire piece. There is no example where score is mentioned. That I could transpose individual voice in a partitur (?engl) for wind instruments e.g. I envisaged but the solution to the whole including the \key part was not obvious. Hope this helps.
