using lilipond on a server

Hi
I am interested in running lilipond on my server and creating a web
interface (which I would design myself) so that users can create their own
scores online on the fly. Is this possible? I would be willing to pay
someone to walk me through the setup process if necessary. I run a windows
2003 server.
