I just upgraded to the latest version of Lilypond, and I noticed that line
From which version to which version? minimumVerticalExtent changed from (-4 . 4)
to (-6 . 6) going from 1.6 to 1.8, and there were numerous changes in
layout going from 2.2 to 2.3.
