Just rerun setup.exe and make sure to follow the instructions at http://lilypond.org/web/download/windows.html on how to select the lilypond package.

I just ran through the installation of Cygwin/Lilypond. I downloaded the test.ly file, but it does not appear to have any association with Lilypond. The PC doesn't know what to open it with. I'm running Win2k. I do have the Cygwin icon on my Start menu. Where is the Lilypond program?
