A question: In music that is used by non-musicians, like for example hymnes in a songbook, it is quite common to use a way of displaying multi measure rests (with skipBars set to ##t), which are shorter than 10 measures in length, but display in the same style as the display style shown by lilypond for multi measure rests longer than 10 measures. So one long rest-bar with a number above it. Can I instruct lilypond to do this for all multi-measure rests?
