v2.1.6 corrects bass clef print problem

I would like to report that v2.1.6 corrected a problem with printing 
the bass clef on certain printers. With v.2.0.1, an unidentifiable 
artifact was included at the top of the clef grob when printed, e.g., 
on a Brother laser printer. It did not appear when printed with a HP 
laser. I assume it had to do with the postscript implementations on the 
printers, as the distortion did not appear in the pdf files on screen.

V2.1.6 is printing correctly on my Brother printer (thanks!). I don't 
know whether v2.1.5 provided the same correction, as I didn't have it 
on my machine long enough to print a file created with it.

I compiled v2.1.6 from source on Mac(s) running OS 10.2.8, using fink, 
with modified fink info and patch files in my local tree.
