Thanks for the link -- it confirmed that I was headed in the right direction.
However, being as obsessive compulsive as I am, so far it seems like I'll be tweaking just about every slur in my piece. (Fortunately, I can set up 20 or so "standard tweaks" as presets and apply them rather than typing them out each time...)
