Installing lilypond-2.0.1 from the fink port (on MacOS 10.2) doesn't seem to work out-of-the-box. I got an error message complaining about circular depenecies or somesuch.
Manually installing some of the dependencies first seems to work around this, or at least I guess it does; things are compiling happily now, although I haven't gotten to Lilypond yet.
