With 1.8.1 on Debian unstable when I place a cue part simultaneous with
'r1' for the instrument resting the whole rest is placed at the
beginning of the measure. In all music I can remember the whole rest
would be centered in the measure. I would guess that I can force this
but I think this should be the default behavior.
I will post more details if that is not clear but right now I must
finish this part for a rehearsal.
