TTBB choral music is often typeset on two staves, with the two tenor
voices on the upper staff and the two bass voices on the lower staff.

This works mostly well for music where the voices aren't too
rythmically disconnected, and saves lots of precious paper (at the
expense, perhaps, of some legibility. No free lunch here, either.)

But if I want to include ambitus marks in such a score, they are
printed on top of each other. Is there a simple way of shifting one
of the ambitus indicators of each staff to the right, or should I
just avoid using them in the first place?
